By accessing and using RevYoMe ("the Platform"], you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
RevYoMe provides a digital loyalty and review management platform for businesses ("Shop Owners") and their customers. The Platform allows Shop Owners to create digital shops, manage rewards, and collect customer reviews.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
- You must provide accurate and complete information.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account.
- Sharing accounts is prohibited.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or prohibited activities. This includes but is not limited to:
- Submitting false or misleading reviews.
- Attempting to manipulate platform analytics.
- Harassing or abusing other users.
- Uploading malicious code or attempting to compromise security.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). You may cancel at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and data on this Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and icons, are the property of RevYoMe or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
RevYoMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
